Talan learns to swim

Well, everyone Talan is finally trying to swim without his life vest and is doing a really good job. He swims from one edge to the other edge in the hot tub and even jumps off the side into the hot tub to try to swim.

Maddie has found her thumb and sucks it, non-stop. She even scratched up the side of her face (really scratched it up, like it was bleeding) trying to get her thumb in her mouth. She is growing good and she is so sweet, I swear that girl will sit in her swing for hours and not even make a peep.

Noah is always getting into trouble, sitting on top of the kitchen table, taking everything out, throwing things when he doesn't get his way, trying to hit when he doesn't get his way. BUT, he is so dang cute you got to love him. He also thinks he can swim, he never wears anything in the hot tub and just jumps into the middle expecting for someone to catch him, he has no fear.

Weekend in a nutshell

Thurday: Went to Clearwater so Mike could spend 320 bucks on a Rays World Series Ticket. Noah has a bad cold. I woke up in the morning with a red sore right breast and a fever (which lasted until Saturday) so Mike called me in Antibiotics for Mastitis.

Friday: Spent time with my family in TPA, went to bed early because I still didn't feel well.

Saturday: Went to my mother-in-law's house so the kids could trick or treat and then we went to Largo Park so the kids could do more trick or treating, in which Noah spent most of the time looking down in his basket because he was amazed at what was happening (let me also say Mike was not thrilled about doing two things in one day HE IS SUCH A MAN). And at 9pm I got to to see HSM3 which was awsome.

Sunday: Went to costco and publix then drove back home to Chiefland.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to a Hodge Farms in Newberry to a pumpkin patch. They played in hay, played in a corn box, Talan rode behind a tractor, they fed goats, Talan went through a hay tunnel, basically they did everything there. The kids had a blast. Here are some good pictures, however there are too many to post and some videos.

Parents Visit

My parents came up for the weekend and the kids had a good time. Noah has turned into a Pooh boy. If he had to choose between daddy and pooh he would chose Pooh. If pooh put him down he would cry for him to pick him up. He is even more of a pooh boy than Talan was. We went to the cedar key seafood festival but I forgot to take pictures (sorry!!), but here are some great pictures of the kids from my parents visit.

Hair Cuts

Well, I couldn't stand the site of Talan and Noah's hair so I ventured out all by myself with the three kids and got Talan a hair cut and NOAH HIS FIRST HAIR CUT!! Here are some cute pictures of the kids. They both got lollipops and fruit snacks after they were done so they were so happy. Maddie on the other hand was mad because the stroller wasn't moving.

Talan and Noah's Costume.

Talan: Because he loves to pretend or actually fight people he is going to be a Ninja, lets just say he wore his costume all afternoon when we got home from Tampa and he saw what he was going to be for Halloween. He did want to be a teenage mutant ninja turtle but he is still a little too small for that costume.

Noah: Loves the Backyardigans so needless to say he is getting Talan's costume from last year, but it works out well because he is obsessed with that cartoon. He knows the song and actually sings it, but of course everytime I try to get it on video he never sings it.

Video: Talan doing ninja moves and Noah of course getting pushed down by Talan. But don't let Noah fool you that boy can beat up on his big brother like you wouldn't believe.

Weekend 10/11/08

Well this weekend was really busy for us. We came down to Clearwater Saturday morning for our nephew's Caysen's 3rd birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. It was fun for Noah, he loved Chuck E Cheese he was infatuated with the mouse even when someone came out dressed up like him he wanted to touch him. Needless to say I think he is going to love Disney when we go. Mike and I were suppose to go see the Night in Rodanthe, however I passed out from exhaustation. Sunday we went to the bucs game and they kicked ass. So here are some cute pictures from the fun weekend.

Ooey Gooey Day

Noah and Maddie went to a playdate with our playgroup Alachua County Mama's. It was Ooey Gooey Day so Noah got to play with alot of things that most parents would say NO WAY!! He ate most of everything he played with, applesauce, whipcream, jello and even dirt. Thank Goodness I brought extra clothes because he was a mess. Maddie just hung out in her car seat most of the time watching all the kids.

Maddie's Halloween Costume's

One of my best friends in the whole wide world Amy, lended me these costumes that her daughter Addison wore when she was a baby. I took some pictures of Maddie in them. Maddie of course is going to be the bee, because she looks so darn cute. Noah of course like the chicken hat so I put the costume on him, but of course it didn't fit, but he had fun walking around in it saying "baaaak, baaaak!"

Maddie's Smile

Maddie started smiling a few weeks ago, but now she smiles and tries to laugh when you talk to her. Here are a few pictures and some video. Of course I had to throw Noah's signature smile with one eye half closed like a pirate....ARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Pics of Maddie

Here is Maddie, in my bathing suit when I was a baby. Also here are other pictures of her since Sunday, notice how her hair is getting thinned out in awkard places, trust me it takes a lot to make her hair look good....she has hair like her mother, wild and cow licks everywhere. GOD HELP HER!!!
