Talan's first Dentist Appointment

Well, Talan and Noah had a dentist appointment today. Noah of course just had his teeth looked at and flouride put on them and he was great. TALAN WAS WONDERFUL!!!! Our dentist (Matt) if our neighbor's twin brother so I told Talan that he was Aidan's uncle so it helped. Also Matt explained everything to Talan and let him play with all the intstruments and try them out by himself in his mouth so he could see that it wasn't scary. I also for the past month have been having Talan lay down while I brushed his teeth so he could pretend he was at the dentist, which helped also. They said Talan was one of the best 3 year old that they have ever had. He didn't cry once, the only thing he wouldn't let them do was take the x-rays of the side of the mouth (which hurts on me too), however he allowed them to take the front mouth x-rays.
